A staff member or team lead will follow up with more details and next steps. Teams with the greatest need are noted by an (*). Positions with (**) would be great for high schoolers to join as their first team.

ProPresenter and Lighting Team (Operate screen projection and lighting.)**

Broadcast Director (Direct the broadcast and choose camera feeds.)

Community Impact Team (CIT)

The Community IMPACT Team helps coordinate opportunities for NorthCross members, Growth Groups, and youth groups to assist the needs of our community in the name of Jesus.

NorthCross Kids*

Lead kids to Jesus in an environment that they enjoy. (1 year old - 4th grade) This fall we are adding NC Kids to our Saturday service. There is a great need to build out this team - 40 new positions!

NC Kids Welcome Team (Greet families and help them check in.)

Help with age 1 (Provide childcare in a Christ-centered environment.)**

Help with ages 2-3 (Lead a short Bible lesson and engage kids.)**

Help with ages 4-K5 (Lead discussion and assist with projects.)**

Help with grades 1-2 (Lead discussion and assist with projects.)**

Help with grades 3-4 (Lead discussion and assist with projects.)**

Bible Lesson Teacher

Audio/Video (Control sound, lights, and video at large group.) *Ideal for a 7th or 8th grader

Weekly Project Prep (cutting paper, organizing supplies, etc.)

Vacation Bible School Team

Summer kids event for grades K-5th. July 28-31, 6-8:15pm.

Crew Leader* (Guide kids to activities, help facilitate discussion, and join in the VBS fun! Background check required. )

Decorations (Help get our stage ready and on-theme!)

Takedown (Help with taking down decorations & getting the church ready for the weekend.

NorthCross Youth

Help students in 5th-8th grade learn about God as they grow together. (Wednesdays at 6:30-8:00pm during school year.)

Small Group Leader (Connect with students on a weekly basis and lead them in discussion.)

Tech & Broadcast (Operate equipment for audio, video, lighting, and livestream.)**

Setup and Takedown (Help create an environment where students can talk about faith.)**
